Posterior circulation cerebral infarction (PCCI) can lead to deceased infratentorial blood flow (CBF) and metabolism. Neural activity is closely related regional both spatially temporally. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) combined with quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) a technique that evaluates neurovascular coupling involves synergy between the metabolic vascular systems. This study aimed monitor brain function using TCD-QEEG estimate efficacy of for predicting prognosis patients PCCI.
